This Ethiopian beauty has
graced many covers of magazines. She was spotted by a film director, which
intoduced her to a french modeling agent. After completing her studies she moved to France to pusue her modeling career. In 2000, Liya got her big break from Tom
Ford, signing her to an exclusive contract for the fall/winter show.
Modeling has opened many doors for her.
She is now a clothing designer, she advocates for maternal health as well. She
