This summer is getting hotter.Hot pants that is!Women around the world aren't scared to show how vivacious they are through their choice of style. Hot pants are for the fun and daring at heart. Elie Tahari's 2011summer fashion collection was based around these short shorts. I love how she uses one type of fabric to design each look. Today, that type of design is said to be too "matchy matchy!" But with the the right accessories and shoes, it can be a spectacular look.
